下面的B和C类错误怎么改啊我是一个也看不明白啊  都是什么意思呀  在这里先谢谢大家哦

Alert level B
ABSTM02_ALERT_3_B  The ratio of Tmax/Tmin expected RT(exp) is > 1.20
         Absorption corrections should be applied.
         Tmin and Tmax expected:    0.547    0.660
         RT(exp) =    1.207
PLAT057_ALERT_3_B Correction for Absorption Required RT(exp) ...    1.22

你给出了晶体尺寸, 又有分子量以及吸收系数, 于是platon的计算认为吸收校正是要做的. 可是你没有做(报道的是none), 于是就有这个alert.

同上.

以上解决办法: _exptl_absorpt_correction_type  填上实际使用的办法, 如multi-scan
Tmin, Tmax也找到实际值,而不是用由晶体尺寸计算来的.

以上可能是OW的热参数比较大, 可能配位水有点无序. 但是alert C, 可以不处理.

检查分子式,是不是有误?
PLAT045_ALERT_1_C Calculated and Reported Z Differ by ............    2.00 Ratio

Z值和platon给出的差了一倍. 这个要检查一下. 也可能你给的是对的, 不用改.

PLAT125_ALERT_4_C No _symmetry_space_group_name_Hall Given .......       ?

checkcif报告的做上方有这个信息. 在cif中加
_symmetry_space_group_name_Hall

PLAT152_ALERT_1_C Supplied and Calc Volume s.u. Inconsistent .....       ?

可以不理, 或改成一致.
