同一个晶体出现两种配位方式，怎么描述

生长了一个单晶，结构解析出来以后发现，金属和配体的配位方式有两种，配位数也不同，不知道该怎么描述，也没有查到相关文献. 请高手指导 http://d.namipan.com/d/7344907d5 ... cdbf555753fe2020c00 里面有同一个晶体中的两种结构图，感觉很奇怪，生长的原料为Eu(CF3COO)3和邻啡罗林1：1的配比，在乙醇和水中生长。 http://d.namipan.com/d/7344907d5fa58001700c0912bb150cdbf555753fe2020c00 最好能提供一点文献，谢谢了 [ Last edited by 沙漠王子 on 2009-7-6 at 16:34 ] |

Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that two different coordination environments around Eu(III). In fig.1a, the 9-coordinated Eu(III) cation is surrounded by four nitrogen atoms from two bidentate Phenanthrolines, four oxygen atoms from two monodentate trifluoroacetates and one bidentate trifluoroacetate, and one oxygen atom from the water molecule. In fig.1b, a symmetrical binuclear Eu(III) complex was observed and each Eu(III) is 8-coordinate by linking two nitrogen atoms from one bidentate Phenanthroline, one oxygen from one monodentate trifluoroacetate, four oxygen atoms from four bridging trifluoroacetates, and one oxygen atom from the water molecule. 然后你可以在描述一下trifluoroacetate的binding modes不一样,有的是monodentate,有的是bidentate,有的是as bridging ligands.而as bridging ligands的时候,他可以用来连接两个Eu(III)...之类的.. ..上述可能有spelling errors,你要再确认一次...我没检查...有可能有些赘字或赘述...你自己要在看一下.....大概就是这样描述金属的周遭的配位数不同和如何不同...当然配体的配位能力和方式也不同都可以描述..... 至于你说要找文献...像描述这类的晶体结构....其实你不需要找到一模一样的配位方式的...也很难找...你只要用Conquest在CCDC资料库画出Eu(III)为中心,画出几个氮...几个氧...然后搜寻...找到一些这个金属的化合物....看看那些文献是怎样描述的...就行了...这样的方式可以用于任何你在发表文章写文章的时候用.....Good Luck by the way....你的图到底是用什么软件画的??回我一下吧...
