[求助] 华科临毕业电气博士,求问靠谱博后 已有1人参与

预计今年博士毕业,本硕博都是华科
大方向电气,小方向我是电气测量,电力系统也还行,还有大数据方面。
麻烦问下有没有靠谱的博后点推荐啊,找了很久了。非常感谢

vacancy for a (postdoctoral) researcher

At the department of Electromechanical, Systems and Metal Engineering (ESME) of Ghent University, the optimisation and control of electromechanical systems is an important research topic. As the share of renewable energy sources in the power system increases, maintaining the power balance between production and consumption becomes more challenging, and the need for grid balancing technologies increases. Ghent University is a research partner in the Moonshot FLEX project, which investigates the possibility of grid balancing by means of energy-intensive chemical processes. In this project, innovative and advanced control concepts will be investigated to optimally regulate these processes to contribute to grid balancing.

We are looking for a researcher, preferably with a PhD or experience in a topic relevant to the project, to develop physics-based models of the electrical flexibility of chemical processes. This involves modelling the process in a simulation environment, e.g. in Matlab/Simulink and/or Python.
