刚好最近我们学院有个教授招电力系统方向的博后,你可以考虑一下 vacancy for a (postdoctoral) researcher At the department of Electromechanical, Systems and Metal Engineering (ESME) of Ghent University, the optimisation and control of electromechanical systems is an important research topic. As the share of renewable energy sources in the power system increases, maintaining the power balance between production and consumption becomes more challenging, and the need for grid balancing technologies increases. Ghent University is a research partner in the Moonshot FLEX project, which investigates the possibility of grid balancing by means of energy-intensive chemical processes. In this project, innovative and advanced control concepts will be investigated to optimally regulate these processes to contribute to grid balancing. We are looking for a researcher, preferably with a PhD or experience in a topic relevant to the project, to develop physics-based models of the electrical flexibility of chemical processes. This involves modelling the process in a simulation environment, e.g. in Matlab/Simulink and/or Python.
