什么是oral paper（(MINES 2009)）

收到会议通知： On behalf of the 2009 International Conference on Multimedia Information Networking and Security (MINES 2009), http://liss.whu.edu.cn/mines2009 , we are pleased to inform you that your paper shown below has been accepted as a REGULAR PAPER. The conference proceeding of MINES 2009 will be published by IEEE Computer Society (CS) press, included into IEEE Xplore, and indexed by EI Compendex, ISI Proceeding etc. Based on the Committees’ comments to the author’s oral presentation, regular papers will have the chance of being recommended to a renowned SCI international journal after expanding or revision.
