什么是oral paper（(MINES 2009)）

收到会议通知： On behalf of the 2009 International Conference on Multimedia Information Networking and Security (MINES 2009), http://liss.whu.edu.cn/mines2009 , we are pleased to inform you that your paper shown below has been accepted as a REGULAR PAPER.
