sci 小白，第一次投稿， IEEE Access ，一审两个审稿人，一个拒绝但鼓励修改重投，一个小修。但是拒绝的这个审稿人，意见让人很难回复，怎么办？拒绝他的？换审稿人？换个期刊重新投？以下是他的意见，第三条，直接说水平不符合IEEE ACCESS的水平，这个怎么回复？？？~~~~(>_< ~~~~Recommendation: Reject (update and resubmit encouraged) Comments: 1. There is a recent lack of research on deep learning-based technologies. In addition, the proposed method should be compared with the deep learning method. 2. Sometimes it seems necessary to correct mathematical notation, and overall mathematical notation is a mess. The author's writing skills are not good enough for the reader to understand the paper. Please revise your paper thoroughly. 3. Most of the content is superficial. The level of this paper is not suitable for this journal.
