拿到带小奖的录取后是否应该和指定导师谈钱已有1人参与

申请北美phd，今天收到一份带小奖的录取，奖学金只覆盖了第一年。录取邮件上写的是： Dr. A has been assigned to serve as your Faculty Advisor. It is recommended that you contact your assigned advisor to discuss your role in their lab. It is expected that you will begin research activity immediately upon matriculation and that you will be an active participant in the research efforts of their group. In regards to funding support beyond the first year, your advisor may offer a Graduate Student Research (GSR) position in their lab for subsequent years, renewable upon satisfactory performance, good academic progress, and availability of funding, or recommend TAships. 所以我现阶段想要知道我后面四年funding支持情况的话怎么办？是否应该现在就和导师直接聊会有多少钱？ |
