   Crease on Weft straightener
1.movement of skew roller may cause crease.
2.Direction of bow roller may cause crease.

      Normally,Weft straightener correct skew and bow distortion to use distance between GUIDE ROLL and SWING ROLL as like above picture.
      Cloth is fed according to slanted direction of SKEW ROLL or BOW ROLLER,in this time,crease may happen.And crease will different from angle of SWING ROLL or EXPANDER(BOW) ROLL.Therefore,cloth(expang and contract,slip),position of roller and strength of driving are may causes crease.

      If crease show up due to different of tension,In this case,it is  not regular tension,And,tension will repeat tight and loose.In such a case,crease will happen because roller is bent or interlock is incorrect.

   I found under mentioned problem in test-run.
1.Tension of cylinder was very high.
2.Roller spin was irregular.
3.Fishtail of feeding cloth very big.

      For removing crease,SKEW ROLL must little act.In the case of bow distortion,BOW ROLLER is positioned by manual operation at the point where is  not happen crease.
      It can complementto move frelly(smoothly) SKEW ROLLER,but in this case,tension of feeding cloth is should soft and regular.
      And,once happen crease due to tension,it may show up crease after STENTER also.So,T think that you'd better install BOW ROLLER at rear part of weft straightener in purpose of removing crease which is happened in the course of correction of skew and bow distortion.
