| 鼻窦位于颅面深部，发生外伤性异物时多累及鼻腔、眼眶、颅底等处，产生各种眶内、颅内并发症。鼻窦、眼眶、颅底贯通性异物是一种严重的复合外伤，它不仅损害鼻窦、眼眶内软组织，引发眶内感染，损害视功能，严重者还可波及中枢神经系统，损伤头和颈的重要血管，危及生命。因此，及时与恰当的处理是非常重要的。经鼻内镜下取出，具有视野清晰，操作准确，术中组织损伤轻微，出血少和术后恢复快、成功率高等优点。 |
