关于NCBI的序列注册的问题【完结】

自己培养了一种菌，经16s rDNA鉴定后，发现最相近的同源性是98%，初步判断是一种新菌。 由于自己对这块不熟，请教有过相关经验的虫友，如何在NCBI上提交序列并注册，如能提供相关帮助，另有金币赠送。此贴只为抛砖引玉，能提供帮助的虫友并请短信联系。 已经提交了序列，收到回信如下 --------------------------------------------------------------------- We have received at gb-sub@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov the following 1 sequence submissions from you: > bankit1235476 1 of a total of 1 Please provide the following information about your sequence submission: [1] Are these sequences from: a) pure culture: or b) enrichment culture: , or c) bulk environmental DNA.
