如题，文章大修一个审稿人提了如下问题，请问我该如何回答，谢谢！ 这个问题是针对我做的定量PCR来提的。 I don't think authors have followed the MIQE Guidelines for carrying out the qPCR experiments and also in presenting the data, this is a major concern. qPCR information need to be updated in the Results and discussion section as well.
