随着连铸技术的发展,滑板作为连铸控流系统的关键元件,为适应不同操作环境,不同浇注钢种的使用,对其性能要求越来越高。目前广泛使用的是铝锆碳滑板,一般向铝锆碳滑板中添加金属铝粉和硅粉提高滑板的常温性能。 添加硅粉,滑板常温性能提高,但烧成温度也升高,添加铝粉能降低烧成温度,但滑板抗水化性能降低,而通过加入SiO2微粉可以提高滑板抗水化性能。因此研究铝粉和SiO2微粉的添加量对滑板常温性能的影响对进一步降低生产成本和提高滑板性能有重要意义。 本文内容分为如下两个部分: 第一部分为铝粉加入量对铝锆碳滑板性能的影响的研究。对添加不同含量的铝粉的试样进行800℃到1300℃热处理后测试试样的常温性能(常温耐压强度,体积密度,显气孔率,线变化率和重量变化)发现随着铝粉含量的增加,材料的显气孔率减小,体密增大,常温耐压强度增大。 第二部分为SiO2微粉加入量对铝锆碳滑板性能的影响的研究。分别对添加了1%和2%SiO2微粉的试样进行800℃到1300℃热处理后测试试样的常温性能(常温耐压强度,体积密度,显气孔率,线变化率和重量变化)发现添加2%的SiO2微粉能进一步提高材料的常温性能,添加适量的SiO2微粉有助于提高材料的抗水化性能。 关键词: 添加剂,铝锆碳滑板,铝粉,硅粉,SiO2微粉 |

With the continuous casting technology, skateboarding as a flow control system for continuous casting of key components, in order to adapt to different operating environment, different kinds of use of cast steel, increasing its performance requirements. Currently widely used aluminum zirconium carbon skateboards, general carbon to aluminum zirconium metal aluminum added skateboards and skateboard silica fume to improve the performance of the normal temperature. The study of aluminum powder and SiO2 addition on room temperature properties of skateboards to further reduce production costs and improve the performance of significance skateboards. This article is divided into two parts as follows: The first part was the amount of aluminum powder of aluminum zirconium carbon skateboard study on the impact of performance. Different content of aluminum powder added sample of 800 ℃ to 1300 ℃ heat treatment after the performance test samples at room temperature (room temperature strength, bulk density, apparent porosity, the rate of change of line and weight change) was found with the aluminum content the increase in apparent porosity of the material decreased, increased body density, increased strength at room temperature.
