With the continuous casting technology, skateboarding as a flow control system for continuous casting of key components, in order to adapt to different operating environment, different kinds of use of cast steel, increasing its performance requirements. Currently widely used aluminum zirconium carbon skateboards, general carbon to aluminum zirconium metal aluminum added skateboards and skateboard silica fume to improve the performance of the normal temperature. Add silica fume, skateboards performance at room temperature, but also increased sintering temperature, add the aluminum to reduce the sintering temperature, but reduce the hydration properties of anti-skateboard, but by adding SiO2 powder can improve the hydration properties of anti-skateboard. The study of aluminum powder and SiO2 addition on room temperature properties of skateboards to further reduce production costs and improve the performance of significance skateboards. This article is divided into two parts as follows: The first part was the amount of aluminum powder of aluminum zirconium carbon skateboard study on the impact of performance.
