实验制备了模板,其直径0.1μm~1μm,长度1μm~20μm,长经比为10~20;采用相同模板制备导电聚合物微管,长度范围在10μm~20μm之间。随着反应温度的升高,甘氨酸铜微管的管径随之变大。这是因为温度决定化学反应能否进行,影响过饱和度和扩散速度,一般而言,温度越高,晶粒平均粒度越大,粒度分布范围越宽。 根据实验所得的产物其X-射线粉末衍射曲线呈馒头峰是非晶态,没有出现模板甘氨酸铜的衍射峰。聚合产物的红外光谱在在1577和1457cm-1是吡咯环的基本振动引起的吸收峰,1303和1040cm-1是由于平面=C-H振动引起的吸收峰,而C-N键伸缩振动和C-H的非平面摇摆振动分别导致红外图谱1175和783cm-1存在所吸收峰,与普通合成的聚吡咯吻红外光谱基本一致。 |
