| 本课题主要包括：1）分析国有反渗透膜制备流程中的结构、形态和化学组成变化以及国内外反渗透膜结构、形态和化学组成异同； 2）系统地研究聚砜溶液的溶剂种类、添加剂种类、凝固液组成以及支撑膜厚度等对支撑膜结构以及反渗透膜性能的影响规律；3）系统地研究界面聚合方式、单体种类及浓度、添加剂以及其它界面聚合条件对反渗透膜脱盐层的结构、形态和性能的影响；4）系统地研究防污高分子浓度、交联剂浓度、催化剂浓度以及后处理条件对反渗透膜性能的影响。通过对刮膜工艺条件进行优化、选择合适的致孔剂，研制出从海绵状孔结构到指状孔结构等多形态的支撑膜。采用三相界面聚合法，对聚合单体进行筛选，对聚合条件进行优化。总结了聚合单体、聚合条件对反渗透膜结构、形态和性能的影响规律。采用三相界面聚合法能够制备出表面相对光滑的高脱盐、高水通量的新型复合型反渗透膜。添加剂DMSO的加入能显著提高反渗透膜的水通量，同时对膜的截盐率影响较小。纳米银颗粒原位界面聚合修饰膜表面后，反渗透膜表现出高的水通量和脱盐率，且膜表面光滑。调控防污高分子的浓度、交联剂的浓度以及催化剂的浓度能提高反渗透膜的脱盐层与防污功能层结合力。防污高分子的浓度、交联剂的浓度、催化剂的浓度、反渗透膜与防污溶液的接触时间、后处理温度和后处理时间对反渗透膜的水通量和脱盐率以及反渗透膜表面形态影响很大。 |

| The main topics include: 1) analysis of state-reverse osmosis membrane process in the preparation of the structure, morphology and chemical composition changes as well as domestic and reverse osmosis membrane structure, morphology and chemical composition of the similarities and differences; 2) a systematic study of the solvent polysulfone solution types , additive type, solidified liquid membrane composition and thickness of the support membrane on the support structure and properties of reverse osmosis membrane law; 3) a systematic study of interfacial polymerization method of monomer type and concentration, additives, and other interfacial polymerization conditions on the reverse osmosis desalination membrane layer structure, morphology and properties; 4) a systematic study of anti-fouling polymer concentration, crosslinker concentration, catalyst concentration, as well as post-processing conditions on the reverse osmosis membrane performance.
