| In this paper, we compared several pathways used to synthesis phentriazine and determined to choose the following route to synthesis phentriazine for its mild reaction conditions,higher yield, easy availability of raw materials and the simple post treatment: use o-nitroaniline as the starting material, add cyanamide and concentrated hydrochloric acid to let the exothermic reaction go, after that the cyclization reaction which obtained the 3- amino-1,2,4-benzo triazine-1-oxide were performed by adding alkali , the last step—oxidation. The synthesised compound was confirmed to be the target product. |
