after discussion with my supervisor, it would be great if you could help us order this chemical.  I would treat you for the most famous chinese beef noodle when you visited our laboratory.
since there is no this kind of chemical in your lab, we would like to order it ourselves rather than to bother you.  Thanks a lot for your reponse.

1. I consult with my  tutorfor asking you to help us order the medicine. I would treat you for  noodle with beef tea when you visited our laboratory.
2. Since you there is no such laboratory medicine, it does not trouble you, and we ordered it ourselves, thank you very much for the reply.
