Abstract: Agricultural research institution has played an important role in poverty assistance strategy, especially helping it with science and technology. Herein, main methods of XX's scientific and technological targeted poverty alleviation (TPA) were demonstrated. Four Innovative Models of TPA by Science and Technology including “Industrial Technology System+”, “Technology Promotion Project+”, “Chief Expert + Helping Responsible Person + Helping Expert Group + Difficult Village”, and “Opening and Cooperation of the Court” were summarized. It also puts forward the experience and enlightenment of scientific and technological TPS, such as accelerating policy innovation, strengthening scientific research and innovation, and strengthening the poverty alleviation system and mechanism innovation oriented to the needs of poverty-stricken areas. 合适请采纳 |
