The reactions were carried out at atmospheric pressure by continuously passing a gaseous feed containing pure methane and carbon dioxide (CO2/CH4 mole ratio=1.1) over the catalyst (0.3 g) packed in a quartz tubular reactor, provided with a thermocouple in the catalyst bed, at different GHSVs (gas hourly space velocity, measured at 0 °C and 1 atm pressure) and temperatures. The reactor effluent gases were cooled to about 2 °C using a coiled condenser immersed in the ice-water slurry to remove the water from the product gases. The reaction products were analyzed by a gas chromatograph with a thermal conductivity detector using a Spherocarb column. The carbon deposited on the catalyst during the reaction was determined by oxidizing it to CO2 in a flow of air (60 cm3 min-1) for a period of2h at 800 °C. The CO2 formed in the oxidation step was absorbing in barium hydroxide solution to form barium carbonate which was then estimated gravimetrically. |

| 反应在不同空速(气体空速,在0 °C 和 1 atm下测定)和温度下进行,反应压力为常压,反应在管式石英反应器中进行,温度由插入催化剂床层的热电偶控制,反应原料为纯CH4和CO2的混合气体(CO2/CH4 的摩尔比为1.1),催化剂装填量为0.3g。反应尾气通过浸在 冰水混合物中的蛇形冷凝管,冷凝至2 °C从而除去气相产物中的水蒸气。反应产物采用气相色谱分析,色谱配备热导检测器和Spherocarb色谱柱。反应后的催化剂在空气中(空气流速60 cm3 min-1)于800 °C煅烧2h,使得反应过程中催化剂上产生的积碳氧化生成CO2, 从而测定催化剂上的积碳量。氧化产生的CO2被氢氧化钡溶液吸收生成碳酸钡沉淀从而可以对其定量分析。 |
