[交流] 有大佬帮我看下什么意思吗？没看懂编辑发的

这个论文是之前投了ei会议，后来被推荐到了sci ，然后我投了他们推荐的期刊，编辑审稿给我发来这个，我没看懂什么意思求大佬解释下
