有大佬帮我看下什么意思吗？没看懂编辑发的

这个论文是之前投了ei会议，后来被推荐到了sci ，然后我投了他们推荐的期刊，编辑审稿给我发来这个，我没看懂什么意思 求大佬解释下 I’m writing you regarding the paper entitled “XXXX” you have submitted to the special issue on “1151T - Science, Technology and Innovation for Social Good” (on the journal “Multimedia Tools and Applications”), of which I am one of the guest editors.This special issue is dedicated to the extended versions of the best papers accepted for publication in the proceedings of the conference “GOODTECHS 2019 - 5th EAI International Conference on Smart Objects and Technologies for Social Good” (https://goodtechs.eu/) that will be held in Valencia (Spain) next September 2019. Hence, we cannot accept your submission, but we strongly encourage the submission of a reduced version of this work at the following editions of the conference. 不对吧 怎么还能投会议啊，这个文章我已经投了ri会议 录用了，后来 ei把我这篇文章推荐到了 sci 让我去投哪个期刊 我再去投他说的哪个会议 那不就成了一稿多投 有点懵逼 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
