陈小龙,博士, 中国科学院物理研究所研究员,博士生导师,1999年度国家杰出青年基金获得者。主持国家基金委重点基金、科技部863和其它国家部门等科研项目20余项。长期从事晶体生长、新化合物探索和结构分析研究工作,并取得了突出的成绩。解决了大尺寸第三代半导体SiC晶体生长的关键技术,为打破国外垄断、实现 SiC晶体的国产化奠定了基础。在国际SCI核心刊物上发表论文200余篇,被引用超过2000 次,合著专著一本,申报国家发明专利16项,其中已授权9项,向国际衍射数据中心 (ICDD)提交100余个新化合物的高质量标准衍射数据。目前兼任中国晶体学会副理事长和粉末衍射专业委员会主任,国际衍射数据中心(ICDD)中国区主席,中国物理学会理事,中国硅酸盐学会理事,北京市硅酸盐学会副理事长和晶体生长专业委员会主任。曾获得部级科技二等奖和全国优秀图书二等奖各一项(排名第三),教育部国家自然科学奖提名一等奖(排名第二),中科院朱李月华优秀教师奖。自1999年来指导博士研究生30余名,其中21人已获博士学位
