硝酸铵水溶液热安全性测试系统研究
摘要
硝酸铵在一般情况下是稳定和安全的,但是随着温度的升高以及杂质参与的作用,硝酸铵就会分解放出热量,从而导致燃烧或爆炸。针对硝酸铵的危险性,国内外已做了大量研究,而关于硝酸铵水溶液临界爆温的研究报道却很少。
本文应用热爆炸理论来研究硝酸铵水溶液的热安全性,设计了一套硝酸铵水溶液爆炸温度测试装置。设计的具体内容分为两大部分,第一部分是用来测试硝酸铵水溶液爆炸温度的爆炸容器设计,第二部分是测试装置设计。本研究以爆炸动力学设计理论及相关理论为指导,设计容器的最大装药量为质量分数为80%的硝酸铵水溶液10ml,设计容器容积为Φ23mm×57mm,采用相关公式计算了冲击波入射压力,从而得出容器的等效静载荷为36.9 MPa。在此基础上进行了爆炸容器壁厚的计算、应力分析、强度校核和泄放装置爆破片的设计计算等。通过计算确定出:爆炸容器的壁厚为20mm,设计压力为40MPa,法兰厚度为22mm,封头厚度26mm,螺栓的直径为6mm,爆破片的爆破压力为39.6 MPa。设计得出加热套的尺寸为Φ170mm×150mm。通过对比选择E型热电偶,选择型号为TD7—RB10的智能温度控制器。此外,还根据实验条件设计加工了安全防护箱。
用AUTOCAD绘制加工图。通过对爆炸容器进行气密性检查,确定该装置的气密性良好。此外,将质量分数为80%硝酸铵水溶液10ml放入调试好的装置进行热爆炸温度的测定。经过多次测试,得出了该硝酸铵水溶液的爆炸温度范围是239—241℃。该爆炸温度范围与参考文献中所提到的210~260 ℃的爆炸温度范围十分接近。
本研究设计出的这套测试系统不仅可以用于硝酸铵水溶液的热安全性研究,而且对化肥安全生产具有重要的实用价值。

Study on Aqueous Solution of Ammonium Nitrate
Hot Safety Test System
Abstract
In general, ammonium nitrate is stable and safe, but with temperature increasing, as well as impurities participation, ammonium nitrate will decompose and release heat, resulting in the burning or explosion. In view of the ammonium nitrate risk, a great deal of researches has been done at home and abroad. However, studies on the critical detonation temperature rarely can be seen.
In this paper, thermal explosion theory is applied to study the thermal safety of ammonium nitrate in aqueous solution, and design a set of detonation temperature test. The whole is divided into two parts. The first part is the design of explosive vessel which is mainly used to test the critical explosion temperature of aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate. The second part is the design of the test device. Guided by design theory of dynamics in the explosion and relevant theories, according to the theory that largest vessel charged with 10ml80% aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate is almost 5gTNT equivalent, and the actual use conditions for vessel volume of Φ23mm × 57mm, then the relevant formula is used to calculate the incident shock wave pressure and Equivalent static load of 36.9 MPa of the vessel is arrived at. On the basis of the above data, the explosive vessel wall thickness calculations, stress analysis, strength check as well as the design and calculations of discharge bursting disc device are all carried out. Determined by the calculations, the explosive vessel wall thickness is 20mm, the design pressure 40MPa, the flange thickness 22mm, head thickness 26mm, bolt diameter 6mm, and the burst pressure of rupture disc 39.6 MPa. On the basis of these calculated explosive vessel data, the heat set size of Φ170mm × 140mm can be drawn, security box. E-type thermocouple and TD7—RB10temperature controller are selected in accordance with experimental conditions.
Processing map will be drawn by AUTOCAD and airtight checks will be carried out until good gastight device is attained. 10ml80% aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate will be added to debugged device to measure the temperature of thermal explosion. Many occasions on 10ml80% aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate come to the determination of the explosive temperature 239-241 ℃. If a certain amount of Cl-concentration and nitrate is dropwise added to 10ml80% aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate, explosive changes in temperature. In this paper, the explosive temperature of aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate is very close to decomposition characteristics of ammonium nitrate at temperature of 210 ~ 260 ℃ that Saunders studied.
It can be seen in this paper that the hot safety test system of ammonium nitrate in aqueous solution can be used for scientific experiments. This test system can not only be used to study the hot safety test system of ammonium nitrate in aqueous solution, at the same time it is with an important practical value in safe production of fertilizers.
