要三审了，审稿人意见很难回复 已有16人参与

一审大修，二审小修，而且增加了4号审稿人，审稿意见不够具体，感觉很难修改，虫友们分析下怎么改... Reviewer #4: The manuscript is not well-written and the current version is not appropriate for the journal. The reasoning of the study is not strong enough and I recommend author adding more information from available data in literature to enhance the integrity of the manuscript. I am not sure what the novelty of this study is. I recommend author adding more details. The manuscript does not have any special analysis regarding the topic.
