Call for participation in and submission to Beijing International Symposium on Computational Neuroscience, July 24-25, 2009 An intensive high quality symposium on computational neuroscience will be held on July 24-25th, 2009, in Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. The topics for this symposium will include, and not be limited to,computational theories and models of vision, audition, olfaction, motor control, neural encoding and decoding, learning and plasticity, memory, neural circuits and networks, attention, decision making, as well as theory or model motivated experiments. One of the aims of this symposium is to encourage communications and interactions between researchers in the regional and international communities of computational neuroscience, and to foster and encourage interests among students and young researchers in this research direction. There will be both oral and poster presentations at the symposium. Researchers and students are encouraged to participate in the symposium. Registration is free but is required to participate. Spaces are limited, hence please sign up soon.
