投的applied sciences，计算机人工智能方向，昨天看到审稿人返回信息，一个直接说创新性不够，另一个评价到比较正面，提了一些修改建议，今天编辑回了信，拒稿鼓励重投。请有经验的朋友帮我分析一下这种情况好弄吗，修改后重投录用的可能大吗？谢谢！ I am writing to you concerning the manuscript you recently submitted to Applied Sciences.
