投的applied sciences，计算机人工智能方向，昨天看到审稿人返回信息，一个直接说创新性不够，另一个评价到比较正面，提了一些修改建议，今天编辑回了信，拒稿鼓励重投。请有经验的朋友帮我分析一下这种情况好弄吗，修改后重投录用的可能大吗？谢谢！ I am writing to you concerning the manuscript you recently submitted to Applied Sciences. Significant revisions or new data are required in the manuscript to warrant further consideration for publication of this manuscript in Applied Sciences.
