高手帮忙看看有什么不对的地方 摘 要 高酸原油中的主要酸性成分环烷酸对管线和生产装置腐蚀严重,加工高酸原油是目前炼油厂面临的一大问题,因此必须降低高酸原油中的环烷酸含量来满足炼厂加工原油的要求。 根据相关标准对辽河原油物性进行分析可知,辽河原油除密度大、粘度高外,其酸值也较高,属于高酸值原油。对辽河高酸原油各馏分中环烷酸的酸分布及环烷酸组成进行了探讨,结果表明,辽河高酸原油中的石油酸主要以一环、二环、三环的环烷酸为主,主要分布在重馏分和中间馏分中。 本文采用共沉淀法分别制备锌铝及锌镁铝类水滑石催化剂,并采用X射线衍射、透射电镜、BET比表面及孔径测量和红外光谱进行表征。表征结果表明:类水滑石晶相完整、结晶度高,呈明显的层片状,符合层状双金属氢氧化物的基本特征。 通过催化高酸原油酯化脱酸反应对锌铝及锌镁铝类水滑石的催化性能进行评价,得出合成锌铝和锌镁铝类水滑石催化剂的适宜条件均为:合成时间为24 h,合成温度为85 ℃,pH为9~10。将在此条件下合成的类水滑石作为催化剂,在反应温度为250 ℃,反应时间为50~60 min,油剂比分别为200和100的条件下,可使原油的酸值从3.61 mgKOH/g分别降到0.32 mgKOH/g和0.15 mgKOH/g。 对酯化后原油进行FT-IR分析得知高酸原油中的环烷酸可与醇反应生成酯,表明合成的类水滑石能够有效的催化高酸原油酯化脱酸反应,满足炼厂在不进行材质升级的条件下加工高酸原油的要求。 关键词:高酸原油,酯化,催化剂,类水滑石,表征 Catalyst for Esterification Process to Decrease the Acicity of Crude Oil Abstract The naphthenic acids may cause corrosion of pipelines and production installations when they were processed in oil refineries. So it is necessary to reduce the naphthenic acid content of crude oil to meet the requirements of processing in refinery crude oil. According to the relative standard methods, the basic properties of Liaohe crude oil were evaluated. The results showed that Liaohe crude oil was considered the high acid crude oil, because the density , dynamic viscosity and the acid value is higher than those of conventional crude oil. Analysed composition and distribution of naphthenic acid in Liaohe high acid crude oil, mono-, di- and tri-rings naphthenic acid as its mainly composition, it was mainly distributed in heavy distillate and middle distillate fractions. The properties of Zn, Al and Zn, Mg, Al hydrotalcite-like compounds which were synthesized by the co-precipitation method were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, FT-IR techniques. The results showed that they have integrated structures, high crystallinities and obvious lamellas, according with the basic characteristics of double layered hydroxides. The catalytic performances of hydrotalcite-like compounds for esterification of crude oil were evaluated. The appropriate synthesis conditions both ZnAl HTlc and ZnMgAl HTlc were synthesis time of 24 h, synthesis temperature of 85 ℃, pH of 9~10. As an effective catalyst for the esterification process, the ZnAl and ZnMgAl HTlc catalyst synthesized under these conditions could reduce acid number of the crude oil from 3.61 mgKOH/g to 0.32 mgKOH/g and 0.15 mgKOH/g, respectively, when esterification process take place between oil with alcohol under the condition the reaction temperature of 250 ℃, the reaction time of 50~60 min and the mass ratio of oil to catalyst of 200. The conclusion based on analysis of the reaction products by FT-IR indicated that naphthenic acid and ethylene glycol react to generate homologous ester. Therefore, this deacidification technique could ensure the refineries to process the crude oil with high acid value safely without upgrading the equipments and pipelines.
