[交流] 【求助】关于gaussian中的PCM

用PCM做溶剂效应，输入文件如下：用了2个CPU和500M的内存
opt(maxcycle=300) freq rb3lyp/6-31+g(d) scrf=(read,pcm,solvent=carbontetrachloride)  nosymmetry
产生的错误信息是
Exact polarizability: 160.591 2.421 170.560 -21.361 5.407 131.179
Approx polarizability: 196.892  -0.649 205.430 -26.182 9.382 171.999
D1PCM: PCM CHGder 1st derivatives, ID1Alg=0 FixD1E=F DoIter=F I1PDM=0.
D2PCM: PCM 2nd derivatives, FixD2E=F I1PDM=0.
D2PCM-2 allocation failure:  iend,mxcore=  99493529  65248109
Error termination via Lnk1e in/g03/l701.exe at Tue May 19 06:20:37 2009.
还有一种情况是没报错直接终止的。输入与以上相同，只是换了一种溶剂，产生的结果是
