用RRS法研究有机小分子与生物大分子的相互作用较常规荧光法和分光光度法更为灵敏,且此法可为有机分子在体内与生物大分子作用机理提供一些新的信息,如通过RRS强度变化可对小分子与生物大分子的聚集程度提供信息,这是常规荧光法和分光光度法所无法分析的(或无法达到的)。 the method of RRS is sensitive to the general fluorescence method and spectrophotometric method for studying interacting between organic small molecule and biological macromolecule,and it can supply some new information for the mechanism of action between organic molecule and biological macromolecule,for instance the change of intensity with the RRS method will supply detail of the aggregation velocity for small molecule and biological macromolecule,neither the general fluorescence method nor spectrophotometric method can do it(reach it). |
