金融危机下，我国中小企业财务风险研究 2008年秋季，由次贷危机引发的美国金融危机成为全球经济多米诺骨牌的第一张，迅速演变成全球性的金融危机，波及全球，我国也难以独善其身。这场波及全球的金融危机正在吞噬着我国中小企业，我国数以万计的中小企业正面临严峻的财务危机。减产、裁员甚至倒闭破产的中小企业不计其数，我国中小企业正经历着寒冷冬季的严厉考验！究其原因，美国金融危机引发的金融危机也只是导火线，真正的原因在于我国长期以来中小企业投融资以及生产经营等方面积累的各种问题的综合。这里尤为突出的一个问题是中小企业的财务风险问题。金融风暴来袭 ，问题百出的中小企业如何在“寒风”中撑起财务自救伞，“抱团取暖”，成为人民普遍关注的话题。本文以金融危机为背景，从财务风险的界定出发，仔细研究我国中小企业财务风险的特点，财务风险对我国中小企业的影响及其识别和防范对策。积极引导我国中小企业在金融危机的冲击下，更好地利用财务杠杆，规避财务风险，提升财务竞争能力，为我国中小企业在新的一年里顺利度过难关，再创辉煌指明道路！ |
