 投稿IEICE ELEX已三个月，停在1st Evaluation has been completed一个半月该怎么催？看到一篇帖子说等得久是好事，要么在进行仲裁，要么在进行英文格式检查，但The 1st Evaluation has been completed收到一个多月了，仍然没有动静，我就很方了 上周末发了个邮件到副主编邮箱，结果几天过去了，仍然没有反应 I feel so sorry for troubling you. I do not know whether it is an appropriate time to contact you. This is Jie, the author of the paper (Paper ID: 2018XCL****). The article entitled “******” (2018/12/30) I submitted in the journal “IEICE ELEX” has been staying under reviewing for over 3 months. However, we have not received the comments of our manuscript yet, and I noticed the 1st Review Reports was completed on 2019/02/05, so could you please help me to check the progress and current status of my manuscript?
