收到邮件说是要 voluntary page charges，没钱怎么办？怎么回复比较好

邮件原文是 congratulations on having your manuscript accepted for publication in XXX. as mentioned in your article acceptance letter, tms collects voluntary page charges ($110 per published page) to help offset the expenses associated with journal publishing. if your research is supported through grants or other means of funding, please consider supporting the publication of your work by completing the tms journal page charges submission form at https://www.tms.org/pagecharges if you have any questions or need further assistance feel free to contact me. thank you. best regards, 我也想付钱的，但是我只是校科学发展资金资助的，完全没多少钱  况且我也是我导师最后一届学生，更没多少钱了，今天收到这个邮件，不知道怎么回复，能给个比较合适的理由吗？谢谢各位了 |
