请教高手，我提交了一篇ACTA E，用网络的check检查时没有错误，而提交后点击 checkCIF and duplication report (html)时，出现Alert level B PLAT915_ALERT_3_B Low Friedel Pair Coverage ...................... 21.32 Perc 错误，点击后解释是PLAT915 PLAT915 Type_3 Test for low Friedel Pair Coverage in non-centro structure This ALERT reflects the notion that a dataset should contain a sufficient number of Bijvoet (Friedel) pairs for the reliable determination of the absolute structure of a non-centrosymmetric crystal structure. A Friedel coverage that deviates significantly from 100 procent may bias/invalidate the value of the Flack parameter. 这是什么原因啊？谢谢高手指点，急啊！ |

编辑说让收集“全空间”的衍射数据意见如下： （1）结构测定所有的Friedel Pairs太少，因此结果欠可靠。 （2）测定绝对结构所采用方法 rmad 看来与事实不符。 _chemical_absolute_configuration rmad （3）衍射实验收集的“等价”数据过少，导致问题（1）的产生。 _diffrn_reflns_limit_h_min -9 _diffrn_reflns_limit_h_max 1 _diffrn_reflns_av_R_equivalents 0.0000 请考虑重新收集衍射数据，重新修正结构后再次投稿。 那是不是就意味必须重新做晶体测数据呢？我是菜鸟，请高手指点。还有晶体数据的最原始文件是多大啊？ |
