各位GGJJ ,今天在看一篇文献时(《Rigid carbon composites: a new transducing material for label-free electrochemical genosensing》)发现其中一段话“As can be seen from Fig. 4(A), with an increment of the IS200 target concentration, the guanine (a) and the adenine (b) signals increased up to 60 lg/ml. After this concentration, a slight reduction of the electrochemical signal was observed. This decrease in the signal, related
to higher quantities of DNA, can be explained either by steric hindrance or by non-specific self-association. Both effects compete with ssDNA adsorption on the transducer, thus decreasing the signal.”
