投稿得到邮件回复，邮件内容里含reviewer的comment, 邮件附件还有一个comment的文件 已有2人参与

投稿IEEE ACCESS得到邮件回复，邮件内容里含几个reviewer的comment： Reviewer: 1 Comments: The paper considers 。。。。。。。。。, but not mention several processes that are crucial for the technical and theoretical support of the work. Many processes or steps are not mentioned, 。。。。。 Reviewer: 2 Comments: This paper presents。。。。。。。。。。。. The method was introduced in detail in Section 2 and Section 3. But I think the paper needs to be further revised before it can be accepted. 1. The research background was not introduced and analyzed throughly in the Introduction part. 2. The Conclusions part should conclude the whole paper concisely and generally. 邮件附件还有一个单独的命名为comment的文件，内容直接是： 1、问题1 2、问题2 。。。。 都是非常具体的问题 不明白，这个单独的命名为comment的文件是审稿人的具体意见么？是不是修改的时候参照这个名为comment的文件就可以了 |
