最近投一篇单晶的文献，有两个仪器方法的文献问题： 1. _refine_ls_extinction_method SHELXL #reference to extinction method is required（编辑意见） 我附上文献： Sheldrick, G. M. (1996). SHELXL. University of G\"ottingen, Germany. 2. _exptl_absorpt_process_details Higashi (1995). #reference to to absorption in _exptl_absorpt_process_details（编辑意见） 我附上文献： Higashi, T. (1995). ABSCOR. Rigaku Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. (文献都附在了reference list中) 可是编辑在审阅后这么说： “In the attached CIF file I still do not see the literature references either to extinction in _refine_ls_extinction_method, or to absorption in _exptl_absorpt_process_details.” 有些不明白，请高手给看看。 [ Last edited by leooo on 2009-5-7 at 18:42 ] |

我的： Data collection: RAPID-AUTO (Rigaku, 2000); cell refinement: RAPID-AUTO; data reduction: CrystalStructure (Rigaku/MSC,2000); program(s) used to solve structure: SHELXS97,(Sheldrick,1997); program(s) used to refine structure: SHELXL97,(Sheldrick,1997); molecular graphics: Siemens SHELXTL V4.2,(Sheldrick,1990); software used to prepare material for publication: SHELXL97,(Sheldrick,1997). 这个没问题，那两个方法没在这里面。 这个改完以后，publCIF里面这么显示，不知道是不是因为以前没有人名和时间的文献格式的原因 Data collection Absorption correction: Empirical ABSCOR (Higashi,1995) Refinement Extinction correction: SHELXL (Sheldrick,1996), Fc*=kFc[1+0.001xFc2λ3/sin(2θ)]-1/4 |

我也查了很多近期的ACTA E的文章，甚至把CIF文件下载来看，大部分都没有， Sheldrick, G. M. (2008). Acta Cryst. A64, 112–122 上次审附上以后编辑这么说： The reference Sheldrick, 2008 is present in the list but is never referred to in the text or tables (I believe that this reference is actually preferable source for majority of G.Sheldrick’s programs). 这是一个很认真的编辑，我也请教过做单晶的老师，他也没遇到过要这个文献的。。。。。。 |
