[交流] 材料制备使用的超声仪器

我们通常使用超声波清洗器进行分散,今天阅读文献发现有人提到了 “ sonics &materials vc750 ultrasonic generator (sonics & materials inc., usa). ”中进行超声30min,所需要的3d氧化铁材料就得到了。请问超声清洗器和超声破碎仪有何区别?

具体描述如下:iron nitrate (iii) nonahydrate ([fe(no3)3⋅9h2o], 16.16g, 40mmol, sigma-aldrich, usa) was dissolved in 1-propanol (proh, 34ml, samchun, korea) in a glass reactor (∼50ml). ultrasound of 20khz frequency with amplitude of 60% was then irradiated on the 1m solution for30minusing a sonics &materials vc750 ultrasonic generator (sonics & materials inc., usa). after completion of the reaction, a precipitate was isolated by centrifugation for 5min at 4000rpm and washed three times with ethanol (etoh, samchun, korea). then, the precipitate was dried overnight at 60°c in a drying oven. for calcination, the dried powders were heat-treated at 200 and 400°c for 3h in atmospheric air environment. throughout this study, the following nomenclature is used to identify hierarchically 3d nanotubular sea urchin-shaped iron oxide nanostructures that were subjected to the various processing steps: 3dfe2o3-as, as-synthesized iron oxide by ultrasound irradiation processing; 3d-fe2o3-200, heat treated 3d-fe2o3-as at 200°c; 3d-fe2o3-400, heat treated 3d-fe2o3-as at 400°c

超声清洗器和超声破碎仪的原理一样,主要区别是超声破碎仪把所有能量集中于探头,超声清洗器的能量则均匀分布于清洗槽底部,因此,超声清洗器更倾向于脱气和清洗,而超声破碎仪则倾向于细胞破碎、乳化及均质

老师看的文献里要用到的是均质功能,超声清洗器和超声破碎仪都可以用来做均质分散,但用超声破碎仪效果更好些,因为它的能量更集中
