材料制备使用的超声仪器

我们通常使用超声波清洗器进行分散，今天阅读文献发现有人提到了 “ sonics &materials vc750 ultrasonic generator (sonics & materials inc., usa). ”中进行超声30min，所需要的3d氧化铁材料就得到了。请问超声清洗器和超声破碎仪有何区别？ 具体描述如下：iron nitrate (iii) nonahydrate ([fe(no3)3⋅9h2o], 16.16g, 40mmol, sigma-aldrich, usa) was dissolved in 1-propanol (proh, 34ml, samchun, korea) in a glass reactor (∼50ml). ultrasound of 20khz frequency with amplitude of 60% was then irradiated on the 1m solution for30minusing a sonics &materials vc750 ultrasonic generator (sonics & materials inc., usa). after completion of the reaction, a precipitate was isolated by centrifugation for 5min at 4000rpm and washed three times with ethanol (etoh, samchun, korea). then, the precipitate was dried overnight at 60°c in a drying oven. for calcination, the dried powders were heat-treated at 200 and 400°c for 3h in atmospheric air environment. throughout this study, the following nomenclature is used to identify hierarchically 3d nanotubular sea urchin-shaped iron oxide nanostructures that were subjected to the various processing steps: 3dfe2o3-as, as-synthesized iron oxide by ultrasound irradiation processing; 3d-fe2o3-200, heat treated 3d-fe2o3-as at 200°c; 3d-fe2o3-400, heat treated 3d-fe2o3-as at 400°c |
