desalination修改意见大修，修改后编辑意见如下： The response from the authors was checked, however while their response to each reviewer comments was made, it was not possible to identify where changes were made (if at all) from each response. It doesn't look like the authors have utilized the reviewer comments to the best possible advantage to improve the quality of their paper. Even the concerns from the reviewers around novelty didn't appear to show any change to point this out more clearly in the paper. Such criticisms should be utilized constructively to improve the paper as much as possible. 这是什么意思？有没有大神知道，是以新的稿件重投还是按照编辑意思修改后继续返回原审稿人进行修改稿审稿？ 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
