各位大神,本人近期投了一篇文章,内容是蛋白酶解制备抗氧化活性肽,主要工艺过程研究,主编大致意见是,缺少没有后续的评价内容,补充后重新投稿,请教大家该如何回复: regarding manuscript id ijfst-2018-xxxx entitled "preparation and characterization of antioxidant peptides from xx protein enzymatic hydrolysate" which you submitted to the international journal of food science and technology: while the aims of your research are topical the relevance to food science is not clear. the investigation reported in this manuscript is at a preliminary stage in that the efficacy of the extracts in food systems is not reported. with further lab work and careful re-writing; much more complete research could be submitted with a much greater chance of acceptance. in its current form if approved for peer review as an original article referees would be unlikely to recommend acceptance. therefore, the editors suggest that you develop your research to prepare a manuscript suitable for approval for peer review. we suggest research papers may be possible along the following line of research: * in vitro digestibility outcomes - the degree to which the extract is likely to retain its bioactivity after human digestion processes; i.e. what is its stability across digestion? * effects as a food ingredient - can the extract can be added as a food ingredient? will it contribute to texture or flavour? will recipe adjustments need to be made in model foods? for example it may contribute to texture in dairy products or preserves different than for high protein foods. * whether and to what extent in vitro effects are observed in rats or replicated in human subjects. if rigorously addressed this research may constitute 2 or more articles. should you address the issues raised the editors would be happy to consider new submission(s). please note that re-submitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your re-submission will be subject to review by the reviewer(s) before a decision is rendered. 请教如何回复邮件,另外,主编提到的3个补充实验都要做吗,还是说只选择性的补充一两点内容?全做的话,要花费大量时间且增加的内容就太多了,感觉超出一篇文章的内容了 文章已有的内容是:蛋白的水解工艺优化(超声辅助),测定不同分子量(超滤截留)的肽段抗氧化活性,活性最强的肽段分子量分布欢迎大家不吝赐教,谢谢~ |
