环境条件及其保润剂的添加对卷烟主流烟气水分的影响研究 The influence of the water content of of cigarettes mainstream smoke for adding environment conditions and humectants 研究了卷烟保润剂（甘油、丙二醇、蜂蜜、山梨醇）的添加在不同存放条件下对烟丝含水率的影响，添加保润剂后经过不同加工过程的处理烟丝含水率的变化，保润剂的添加对卷烟主流烟气水分的影响。结果表明，实验所选用保润剂中丙二醇保润及防潮能力较好，在加工过程中随着加热时间的延长添加不同保润剂烟丝的失水率逐渐增大，当烟丝水分控制在12～13%之间时，添加不同保润剂烟支与未添加保润剂烟支的主流烟气水分并无明显差异。 The influence of the moisture content in cut tobacco under different storage conditions, change of the moisture content in cut tobacco after the addition of different humectantsadding humectants (glycerin, propylene glycol, honey and sorbitol) , and the effect of humectants addition on the moisture content in mainstream smoke were studied. The results indicated that propylene glycol was superior to other three in terms of moisture absorption-retention and moisture-proofing abilities among all the humectants selected in the experiment. With the extend of heating up time in the process, the moisture loss rate of cut tobacco raised after the addition of humectants. When the moisture content of cut tobacco controlled from 12% to 13%, there was no significant difference between the orginal cut tobacco and the cut tobacco added with humectants for moisture content of mainstream smoke. |

The article research on the influence of tobacco humectants(glycerol, propanediol, honey and sorbol) addition on tobacco moisture retention rate in different store conditions, the change of tobacco moisture retention rate by different processes after humectants addition, and the influence of humectants addition on moisture contents in mainstream cigarette smoke. The results showed that the moisture retention and moisture-resistant capacity of propanediol is better in the humectants used in the experiment. The water loss rate is increasing with the heat time extention in the process. There has no significant differnce on the moisture contents in mainstream cigarette smoke between the cigarette adding different humectants and the cigarette didn't add humectant when the water content of the tobacco was controlled between 12 percent and 13 percent. The research on the effects of environmental condition and humectants addition on the moisture contents in mainstream cigarette smoke. |

Influence of environment conditions and humectants on the water content of mainstream smoke of cigarettes The influence of different humectants (glycerin, propylene glycol, honey and sorbitol) on the water content in cut tobacco under different storage conditions, change of water content in cut tobacco after the addition of different humectants, and the effect of humectants addition on the water content in mainstream smoke was investigated, respectively. The results indicated that, among all the humectants selected in the experiment, propylene glycol was superior to other three in terms of moisture absorption-retention and moisture-proofing abilities. With the heating-up time increased in the process, the water loss rate of cut tobacco increased accordingly after the addition of humectants. When water content of cut tobacco ranged from 12%-13%, there was no apparent difference between the single cut tobacco and the cut tobacco added with humectants in terms of water content in mainstream smoke.  同行 |
