[求助] IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics（TIE）投稿一直邮件反馈有问题已有2人参与

请问，在投稿过程中，需要注意什么吗？为什么我投了两次都返回来，说不符合要求。第一次是文章太长，超过8页，修改之后还是不行。
第二次的邮件反馈是这样说的，文章中已经没有作者信息了
