请问，在投稿过程中，需要注意什么吗？为什么我投了两次都返回来，说不符合要求。第一次是文章太长，超过8页，修改之后还是不行。 第二次的邮件反馈是这样说的，文章中已经没有作者信息了 Please notice that your manuscript has one or more of following problems: - In order to secure unbiased review process we ask that none of the authors be identifiable within the manuscript (do NOT include authors' names, their biographies, cover letter, signed copyright form, identifying footnotes, acknowledgments, etc). We believe this helps ensure that the manuscript will receive a more objective and unbiased review. Please remove any trace that can identify names, institutions, financing sources, IEEE membership grade… - Please respond to the mandatory question in the system correctly by giving a numerical value as your response is invalid: How many authors contributed to this manuscript? All authors that contributed MUST be added in the above section. No changes can be made to this author list after initial submission without EiC permission. This includes but is not limited to the Addition, Deletion, and Modification of the original Author List Order. Yes, all authors have been addeded. We have unsubmitted your manuscript in lieu of rejecting it, to avoid you from having to create the submission from the start. 论文第一页左下角的脚注要完全去掉的，就算只有一个回车键也不行的，之前我就是这样被退回来修改的 楼主可以看看 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
