南洋理工大学（NTU）EEE 高级光子学研究实验室（APR）博士招聘

PhD Positions at NTU, Singapore: 2D-Materials Optoelectronics & Silicon Photonics Advanced Photonics Research (APR) Lab at School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore is seeking two candidates for PhD positions in the field of 2D-materials optoelectronics & silicon photonics for medical applications. The successful candidates are expected to perform one or more of the following tasks: Device design and simulation Fabrication, optical characterizations and analyses The successful candidate should possess: Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, applied physics or related areas GPA higher than 80% Salary and benefits: Monthly salary: SGD 2,000 (2,500) before (after) and PhD qualification exam Tuition is exempted On-campus dormitory is guaranteed for the first two years The maximum PhD duration is 4 years Information on EEE at NTU: Established in 1981, the School of EEE is one of the founding Schools of NTU.
