1.1、浮选器内部的调试,主要是对喷射器系统气水混合的调试,是气浮调试的关键;(5金币) 1.2、调试前,先将浮选器充满干净水(工业用水、海水或地下水),打开进气排气阀。可单台调试或同时对DPB-V-1600,DPB-V-1630二台同时并列调试;(5金币) 1.3、启动回流泵,注意喷射器吸气口的负压力是否正常,并通过P1-16304/5/6/7显示仪表比较是否均压,如差异较大,可调节进水阀的开启度。(5金币) 1.4、同时通过观察孔,观察浮选器内部的气泡是否密集均布。一般情况在上述条件基础上,喷射器出口经释放器微气泡比较密集,单位体积内的粒径小于5μm的微气泡最高达到1010个/L,即107个/cm3,,随着气泡的上升,与ss合并,加速度不断增加,微气泡在上升加速运动过程不断吸附在油粒和ss絮凝体的周围,使油和悬浮物的絮凝体整体比重减轻,上浮力增加,越向上层移动,絮凝物的密度将越来越密集,直至液面,进一步浓缩后,重力溢流。(20金币) 1.5、由此可知,当微气泡产生之时,使得与分布于水中的微细油粒和悬浮颗粒相互吸附之际,气泡不断吸附集聚合并,促使絮凝体不断上浮不断上浮,因而最终在液面所看到的是层出不穷的浮油渣,而看不到气泡。(10金币) |
