1.1、浮选器内部的调试，主要是对喷射器系统气水混合的调试，是气浮调试的关键；（5金币） 1.2、调试前，先将浮选器充满干净水（工业用水、海水或地下水），打开进气排气阀。可单台调试或同时对DPB-V-1600，DPB-V-1630二台同时并列调试；（5金币） 1.3、启动回流泵，注意喷射器吸气口的负压力是否正常，并通过P1-16304/5/6/7显示仪表比较是否均压，如差异较大，可调节进水阀的开启度。（5金币） 1.4、同时通过观察孔，观察浮选器内部的气泡是否密集均布。一般情况在上述条件基础上，喷射器出口经释放器微气泡比较密集，单位体积内的粒径小于5μm的微气泡最高达到1010个/L,即107个/cm3，，随着气泡的上升，与ss合并，加速度不断增加，微气泡在上升加速运动过程不断吸附在油粒和ss絮凝体的周围，使油和悬浮物的絮凝体整体比重减轻，上浮力增加，越向上层移动，絮凝物的密度将越来越密集，直至液面，进一步浓缩后，重力溢流。（20金币） 1.5、由此可知，当微气泡产生之时，使得与分布于水中的微细油粒和悬浮颗粒相互吸附之际，气泡不断吸附集聚合并，促使絮凝体不断上浮不断上浮，因而最终在液面所看到的是层出不穷的浮油渣，而看不到气泡。（10金币） |
