| 毛裂蜂斗菜根茎粉碎，过14目筛，用95%乙醇作提取溶媒，先以等倍量溶媒浸润24h，再收集5倍量溶媒渗漉，渗漉速度为0.4BV/h提取；收集提取液，减压浓缩至无醇味，冷却、滤液加蒸馏水稀释到浓度为0.8~1.9﹕1（药材重量﹕溶液体积），即为上柱样品液。将上柱样品液按0.6BV上样量通入装有树脂的色谱柱中，依次用60%、80%、95％乙醇洗脱，流速为2.5 BV/h。然后将80%乙醇洗脱液减压浓缩至干，可得蜂斗菜总内酯。 |

Inject 0.8BV of sample to the column which is coated with resin. Elute the sample with 60%、80% and 95％ ethonal in series. The flow rate is 2.5 BV/h. |
