Cool down and dilute it to the concentration of 0.8~1.9:1(Wt solute : Wt solvent) with distilled water.That is sample for chromatography. Inject 0.8BV of sample to the column which is coated with resin. Elute the sample with 60%、80% and 95％ ethonal in series. The flow rate is 2.5 BV/h. |
